Think about it.
This verse reminds us that our Heavenly Father is not "learning as He goes". He knows the plans He has for YOU!
He knew before He created anyone or anything that His son would be crucified for our sins. He hates sin because He is a loving Father that only wants the best for YOU! He may hate the sin, but He loves you... the sinner.
We can share this hope with others, hope in future restoration not only in this life but life eternal.
