Think about it. Can you guess what the first thing our Heavenly Father said was not good? Drum roll please...... loneliness.
There's a reason we crave relationship. God blessed us all when He said, "It is not good for the man to be alone." (Gen. 2:18).
He designed us all to be a family.
He knew we would need each other to build each other up and to stay strong against the lies of the enemy. When we ecnourage, we are giving courage where it is needed. Encouragement can be given through prayer, speaking the truth in love, or blessing others with words and deeds. This is part of God's plan to grow us in Christlikeness.
